Gikuru Company was formerly Known as Gikuru Timber Supplies and Transportation established in 2002 trading in Timber Supplies Transpotation of Goods and services to NGO's Government sectors, mines, cotton industries and private firms. The Company later expanded changing its name to "Gikuru Company Ltd" and became incorporated under Certificate of Incorporation 52505, Business Licence No. 00887570 and Tin No. 101-816-933.

We are along Nyerere Road in Mwanza and our Sister Company M/s Gikuru Electronics Ltd is in Kahama.

We mainly deal in Haulage and Transportation, Bore Hole Drilling, Supplies of Building Materials and Motor Vehicle Spare parts, we purchase all types of Scrap Material and deal with Environmental Management.

1. Haulage and Transportation.
We have luxury mini buses and buses with capacity to carry from 16 to 60 personnel, Haulage trucks able to carry from 7 to 16 Tons, water boozer and light vehicles for hiring and Lowbed for carrying heavy equipments and Trailers.
 
2. Bore Hole Drilling.
We have Truck mounted hotline 10H3L able to drill up to 150 meters with bore hole diameter 6" 8" 10" & 12". We also provide services like casing installation, pump installation, pump testing ang Cementing.
 
3. Purchase of Scrap Materials.
We deal in purchasing of all types of scrap materials like Metal, cable, plastic, wood, used car battries, used tires and used oil. we are equipped with Trucks, tankers and lifters ready for haulage to our yard in Mwanza.
 
4. Enviromental Management.
We deal in trees and grass plantation and planning, prevention of soil erosion, control of spillage and all types of wastege controll.
